Dmitry and Lucy’s place was perfect! Absolutely loved the decor, the views from the balcony looking out on the water and marina, and the ability to walk over to Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grill. The condo was absolutely spotless, and there were so many nice touches like extra toothbrushes in case you forgot yours, and make-up remover wipes, plus some chocolates on the kitchen counter and water and Sprite in the fridge. We saw dolphins each day from the balcony, some quite close to the bulkhead! This was a real treat since we didn’t see any dolphins on the dolphin sailing excursion we went on…. It was very nice to have a dedicated, covered parking spot too! Dmitry and Lucy were such great hosts, super responsive and they provided many suggestions on things to do. I unfortunately left a hat at the condo and they are going to mail it to me. How nice is that?! We hope to come back again soon!

We loved staying at this condo! Everything was clean and we had all the basic necessities provided. We were lucky enough to have a dolphin show on our last morning right out the porch door! Would definitely recommend this place for a couple to stay!

Nice condo with the direct water view! Gorgeous surroundings! Peaceful. Hosts were easy to communicate with and left the condo well stocked with lots of little things that made the stay easier, like plenty of dishwasher pucks, laundry soap, towels, toilet paper and ever lots of teas and coffee pods.

We loved Dmitry and Lucy’s place! The property itself was beautifully decorated/located, and it was spotlessly clean as well as stocked with everything you might need. They were extremely kind to have left small chocolates, drinks, and other little treats. I really appreciated the coffee selection as well! The views from the waterfront patio were beautiful, we even got to see a few dolphins. The bed was also EXTREMELY comfortable! Lucy and Dmitry kept us updated on things we could do locally as well as reminders on the check in/out process. Amazing hosts at an amazing place. 10/10

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could think of — even a few thoughtful extras. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. I truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10 definitely do recommend. But if you and your partner having a anniversary this is not for you. They want you to be quite at 10pm. Pool closes at 8 so keep that in mind if you like swimming when the sun starts going down. But other then that everything was good. Very nice vibe.

I was very pleasantly surprised how cozy and homey the place was. Better than the pictures. My dogs were delighted too. The place is very private and it is at an amazing location - close to beaches, restaurants and everything you might need. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I had to bother them on a few occasions asking for suggestions, but they didn’t mind. The place is very clean and extremely well supplied with everything. Thank you Dmitry and Lucy! It was a pleasure staying at your place. I am booking with you without a doubt if I am to stay in the same area again! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Just like the picture. Extremely beautiful and absolutely comfortable. No issues and everything was right at your finger tips. The host was wonderful. I would like to know whats the name of the mattress, I did not want to get up. Lovely stay. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you, Dmitry and Lucy, for a wonderful stay. This place was perfect for my pup and me. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts were thorough with expectations and instructions. 5 minute drive to the beach, very safe feeling neighborhood. I would 100 percent book again when I’m back in the area.

The condo is in pristine condition. Everything looks brand new. The location is a central spot…short drive to downtown St. Peterburg and the beaches. The pool area is nice and clean. The view from the condo is gorgeous. Highly recommend this condo and this host. Everything was easy and just right.
