This half duplex offers a private entrance and a soothing beachside ambiance to help you unwind. Guests have exclusive access to their section, which includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a Roku TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the property, a king-size bed in another bedroom, and a 4K Smart Roku TV in the living room. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, and each room is meticulously stocked with essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Complimentary beach towels and a cooler are also provided for your use. We are located in a residential area, so please be mindful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Let's work together to maintain the peaceful and secure atmosphere of this quiet neighborhood. Rest assured, we’re taking extra precautions to ensure your safety by thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before your arrival.

Guests must read full description before booking. If your home is not as described, or listed amenities are not present and affect your stay, please cancel immediately. Parking is available for two cars maximum next to the duplex; please understand its narrowness. Dogs allowed with approval; two maximum. A one-time $125/pet fee is required per dog per stay. Clean up pet waste; a $150 fee applies if we must. By continuing your stay, you are confirming that the property is as described. Check-in is after 4pm(please note -- you are welcome to check-in any time after 9pm but calls won’t be answered). For our guests and Airbnb managers we are available daily to help with any questions or concerns from 9am-9pm. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Automatic $500 fine. Please smoke outside. No parties, as per Airbnb rules. According to city rules and regulations for short-term rentals, the property is limited to a maximum of 5 people. Otherwise, we will be obliged to cancel your reservation without any refund. Authorized early check-in and late check-out is $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check out is $100/hr. Non-authorized extra persons are $50 per person, per night. All third-party bookings will be canceled without any refund. ATTENTION PLEASE! Our home only for FIVE guests total. Please consider this rule seriously. If we noticed that more than two guests arrived or staying, your reservation will be canceled immediately without any refunds. There is only one parking space. Please keep in mind that Florida has bugs, mosquitos, lizards and other wildlife outside. Please try to keep your doors closed at all times, otherwise they can sneak inside. Our property has regular recurring pest control treatments, and we make sure everything is clear of bugs and any other pests inside the property before your check-in. Before we confirm your booking request, you must acknowledge that you agree to our house rules and are willing to provide a photo of your ID as the responsible party for the reservation. The photo and name on your ID must match the photo and name in your profile. Reservations for third parties are not allowed. Thank you!

A hidden gem. This apartment has everything you need. It is impeccably clean, has a very comfy bed and a comfortable sitting area. A few special treats were a nice added touch. Stores/dining and beach are close by. Would definitely recommend!

PERFECT quick get away. Located in a nice/quiet neighborhood, easily accessible (by car) to all the local must sees. The duplex is just as described. Dmitry was always quick to answer our questions. He also gave great recommendations for local sites. We would definitely book this location again.
