Dog-friendly 1BD Unit in a Duplex/Private Backyard

Please read our check-in and house rules carefully before booking. --- Dear Future Guest, After confirming your reservation, we'll require a clear photo of your government-issued ID uploaded through the messenger. The details on your ID (including your first and last name and profile photo) must match the information provided during booking. IDs with covered details or unclear images will not be accepted. This is to ensure security and prevent unauthorized or third-party reservations. If we do not receive your ID, we may be unable to host you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. IMPORTANT VISITOR POLICY: No unauthorized visitors are allowed. If you feel the need to invite someone to the property, you must discuss this with us first. Unauthorized guests or visitors will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without any refund. If upon arrival, the property isn't as described or if any important listed amenities are missing and significantly impact your stay, please cancel immediately. Note that all cancellations will follow our stated cancellation policy. Parking: Parking is available for one car next to the duplex. Please note the space is somewhat narrow. Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval (maximum of two dogs, NO CATS! ). There is a one-time pet fee of $125 per pet. Please clean up after your dog—failure to do so will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. Longer Stays: For reservations longer than 28 days, an additional cleaning fee applies (double the standard cleaning fee). Disclaimer: This is a pet-friendly property. While we do our best to clean thoroughly, some pet hair may remain. Complaints related to this will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding. By staying at our home, you acknowledge that the property matches its description. Check-In: Check-in is after 4 PM. You're welcome to arrive anytime after that, but please note that calls or messages after 10 PM may not be answered until the next morning. We're available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist you with any questions or concerns. --- House Rules: Absolutely no smoking indoors – a $500 fine applies. Smoking is permitted outside only. No parties or events are allowed, per Airbnb policy. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests as per city regulations. Exceeding this will result in immediate cancellation without refund. No unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs. Fees apply: $100/hour for unapproved late check-outs; approved early or late check-ins are $50/hour. Unauthorized extra guests will be charged $50 per person, per night. Third-party bookings are not allowed and will be canceled without refund. Our home is exclusively for two guests maximum. Please respect this rule to avoid cancellation without refund. --- Starter Supplies: We provide basic supplies to get you started. Since daily housekeeping is not provided, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. Note on Wildlife: Florida is home to bugs, mosquitoes, lizards, and other wildlife.
