You'll also love being within walking distance of the VA Medical Center, fantastic restaurants, convenient grocery stores, and a picturesque biking and jogging trail.

Welcome to your cozy beachside retreat! This charming half-duplex features its own private entrance and a fenced backyard—perfect for keeping your furry friend safe and close by :) Relax comfortably with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, all in a relaxing coastal atmosphere designed to help you unwind. You'll have exclusive access to your side of the house, which includes a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a 50-inch Roku TV, plus a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa and another Roku TV (feel free to enjoy our Netflix account!). There's also a private laundry room just for you, equipped with a washer and dryer. We've stocked every room with essentials to make you feel right at home. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and even a cooler are provided for your beach adventures! The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be thoughtful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain this peaceful and welcoming community :)

Other Details to Note

Please let us know the exact number of guests when booking, as this is required for insurance purposes. The home comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. Dogs are welcome with prior approval (up to two dogs), and there's a one-time pet fee of $125 per pet. If you're traveling with a service or emotional support animal, please keep in mind that assistance animals should remain with you at all times and not be left alone in the home. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate cats. To help you settle in, we've provided starter essentials like liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and doggie bags. Fresh bath and hand towels, extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are also available to ensure your comfort.

Dear future guest, After completing your reservation, please ensure to provide a copy of your government-issued ID by uploading it through the messenger. The information on your ID must match the details provided during the reservation process (including first and last name, and profile photo). This is a mandatory requirement in accordance with our home rules, aimed at preventing scams and unauthorized third-party bookings. Kindly note that failure to submit the required ID may result in us being unable to host you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Currently, we allow only one car in the parking lot If the home doesn't match the description or lacks listed amenities that impact your stay, please cancel immediately. By continuing your stay, you confirm the property meets the description. Check-in is after 4 pm (you can check in anytime after 9 pm, but we won't answer calls). I'm available from 9 am to 9 pm for guest and Airbnb manager inquiries. No smoking inside the home; a $500 fine applies. Smoking at the patio is allowed. No parties per Airbnb rules. City regulations limit the property to 3 guests; more will result in cancellation without a refund. Authorized early check-in and late check-out cost $50 per hour. Non-authorized late check-out is $100 per hour. Non-authorized extra persons incur a $50 per person, per night fee. All third-party bookings will be canceled without refund. Florida has outdoor bugs and wildlife; please keep doors closed. Regular pest control is done. Attention: Our home is for 3 guests only. Exceeding this limit leads to immediate cancellation without refunds. Parking is available for one car next to the duplex; please understand its narrowness. Dogs allowed with approval; two maximum. A one-time $125/pet fee is required per dog per stay. Clean up pet waste; a $150 fee applies if we must. Service/emotional support animals shouldn't be left alone. No cats, as cleaning after them is challenging. Upon departure, leave the place in the same condition as arrival. Don't launder beddings and towels; we'll handle it. Turn off lights, lock doors/windows. Guests are responsible for damage; report with a photo. Thank you!

I was very pleasantly surprised how cozy and homey the place was. Better than the pictures. My dogs were delighted too. The place is very private and it is at an amazing location - close to beaches, restaurants and everything you might need. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I had to bother them on a few occasions asking for suggestions, but they didn’t mind. The place is very clean and extremely well supplied with everything. Thank you Dmitry and Lucy! Thank you, Dmitry and Lucy, for a wonderful stay. This place was perfect for my pup and me. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts were thorough with expectations and instructions. 5 minute drive to the beach, very safe feeling neighborhood. I would 100 percent book again when I’m back in the area.

Walk to VA hospital, a plaza with restaurants, spas, and grocery store. Drive or take Uber/Lyft to the beach (only 5 min), downtown St Petersburg and Dali Museum (20 min), Orlando Disney and Universal (less than 2 hours away). Feel free to ask us about any sights you may want to see, and we will provide you with our local expertise!
