From booking to check-out this place was amazing. Hosts were very friendly, honest, upfront and full of great advice for the area. If we come back to the area, we will definitely look them up!

We have been renting on many different sites for 18 years and this place was the cleanest place we have ever been to by far. It was nice sitting on the spacious balcony where we saw dolphins swimming by three times. Everything looked like it was brand new from the kitchen cookware to the towels and bedding. Usually when you rent you only get a couple of days of supplies but we were there a week and didn't have to buy anything like paper towels, trash bags, t tissue, laundry soap etc. The attention to detail was the best we have experienced. We would definitely return to this condo if we visit the area in the future. A bonus was Doc Fords restaurant, right next door was walkable and had good food and daily music. The pool area in the complex was never crowded kept clean with palm trees in the pool area. Two grills are available to use with the tools at each grill. Thank you to the hosts, you have a fantastic vacation place to rent in Florida.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were in St Petersburg to celebrate our 33rd Wedding Anniversary and Space for Stay was exactly what we wanted!! Everything was perfect … from all the correspondents with hosts, to check-in, to the detailed instructions, the immaculate space, the view from the patio, private parking spot, all the necessary amenities and what I really appreciated was the Hershey Chocolates and the Aloe Vera for the SunBurn ! I would definitely recommend this space to ANYONE and will be booking another stay very soon!!!

This was my second time staying in this apartment and everything was clean, fully equipped, comfortable, and relaxing. From the balcony you can see dolphins, hear the boats, feel the breeze, everything is perfect. It’s my favorite place; when my husband and I want a getaway, we look no further than this apartment because it has everything.

This place is better than the pictures! If you want peaceful and comfort this is it. Dolphins came by every morning around 7am. You won’t be disappointed. We loved it!

I was very pleasantly surprised how cozy and homey the place was. Better than the pictures. My dogs were delighted too. The place is very private and it is at an amazing location - close to beaches, restaurants and everything you might need. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I had to bother them on a few occasions asking for suggestions, but they didn’t mind. The place is very clean and extremely well supplied with everything. Thank you Dmitry and Lucy! It was a pleasure staying at your place. I am booking with you without a doubt if I am to stay in the same area again! Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Thank you, Dmitry and Lucy, for a wonderful stay. This place was perfect for my pup and me. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. The hosts were thorough with expectations and instructions. 5 minute drive to the beach, very safe feeling neighborhood. I would 100 percent book again when I’m back in the area.

We loved getting the chance to stay at Lucy and Dmitry’s home while we celebrated our 3 year anniversary in St Pete. We appreciated them moving our check out time back so we could enjoy the town a bit more before our flight home. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 months for my last clinical year rotations. It was a perfect place, peaceful, quiet and all the things you will need for a beach day or having a nice day to grill outside! Highly recommended!
